It's a woman. That's trying to look outraged. There's a sensitivity in the eyes that gives it away.

the eyes are the windows to the soul as they say... i like the way you break images up which emphasizes each part

As I look at the photo more closely I notice a couple of artistic flaws. First, the blackheads of the plucked eyebrows (as Bahrania points out) are noticeable to the discerning eye. Likewise, the contact lenses are too visible for an artistic photo of this sort.
